Lloyd H. Golburgh is the founder and managing partner of Golburgh Law. He specializes in all Family and Criminal Law matters and has over 30 years of experience. He has achieved great success in representing clients with all types of family and criminal law matters, including, but not limited to, Divorce, Custody and Timesharing, Child Support, Spousal Support (Alimony), Property Division, Domestic Violence, DUI, Boating DUI, Drug crimes, Assault, Theft, Fraud, Record Expungement and Records Sealing. He is a skilled negotiator and a fierce litigator who always strives to achieve the best results for his clients.
Lloyd H. Golburgh graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Telecommunication from the University of Florida in Gainesville in 1990 before attending and then graduating from the University of Miami Law School in Coral Gables in 1993. He is a member of the Florida Bar Association, the Broward County Bar Association, the Family Law Section of the Florida Bar, the Criminal Law Section of the Florida Bar and the Miami chapter of the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. He is a former member of the National College for DUI Defense and has been published in both Florida case law and relevant DUI and DWI journals. He’s spoken at various legal seminars and is proud of his too-many-to-count jury trial verdict acquittals.
